Belgian Pigeon House

An excellent place, with excellent ribs. The staff were very attentive and friendly despite being extremely busy. We had a delightful evening thank you.

We meant to check Curiosa on Sunday, but it was full and we didn&rsquo;t have a reservation. So we were quite curious hehe and excited. Food was nice, service was efficient and our waiter very courteous. Definitely recommend 😉

A rather disappointing dining experience. The restaurant seems to be targeting a premium experience, but falls short in many areas. The food was very bland and the source ingredients not very good quality, although not terrible, but I certainly expected better for the price. The food pairings were often miscalculated for example my smoked salmon starter was covered raw onion and chives, which totally overwhelmed the salmon. The &quot;champagne sauce&quot; on the on the Belgium Chicken seemed to be brown sugar in some kind of wine. The chicken itself was completely unseasoned flavorless.  Dessert was OK, but you will need to pay a 5 Euro supplement if you want vanilla ice cream on the set menu - what a joke!

We loved the food and also liked the wine, although our glasses sat empty from time to time. We liked our table on the mezzanine very much, with views over the whole restaurant and also the illuminated Belfort through the window. Service was charming but perhaps too busy to be fully attentive to us and we had to ask for the bill three times at the end of the night, which was a bit wearisome.

On one of the busiest days for tourism in Bruges, Ascension Day, I was delighted to find the fish  restaurant, though full, an oasis of rest 100 metres from the market.The friendly and correct welcome was promising.  At this time of the year the menu is mainly  based on shell fish, mussels, lobster and coquille. Any one expecting a range of North Sea white fish will be disappointed, only one or two plates on the menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the shell fish over three nights, if I find a good restaurant I always return. Service was very good and I could enjoy my dinner at my pace.If one of your guests wishes a meat dinner,  I observed a steak being delivered to a nearby table-it looked very tasty.

A hidden gem in Bruges. Authentic flavours of India served  in a cosy bistro setting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend

Nice Restaurant and the staff very kindly, the food is well presented and served. We will return as soon have opportunity to be in Brugge.

We had booked in advance, and initially were unsure, but as we settled and began the service,  have to say, was a lovely experience overall. Good was good,  service was good also and would recommend.
